Paul King

Paul started his career with Deloittes and then PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Since 1987 he has run his own coaching and consultancy business. In 2003 he established The Beyond Partnership Ltd with his partner Marie Faire.

Paul brings together business experience and 25 years exploring human potential. He works as business mentor, coach and consultant and is managing director of Beyond. His focus is on supporting the realisation of the innate potential of people, working individually and together. He is passionate about what is possible and helping people move beyond.

He coaches senior managers and directors to get the best out of themselves and others, covering personal and organisational issues and runs sounding board sessions for the development of corporate and personal vision and mission, strategic plans and values alignment. He is known for the quality of his thinking, creativity and intuitive insight.

Paul undertakes consultancy and research projects and these include modelling an organisation’s high performing people and best practice.

From time to time he teaches Tai Chi and coaches sport, working with mind and body.

Paul’s expertise covers the full dimension of human experience. He is a qualified chartered accountant, a Master Practitioner in NLP, an Inner Game Coach, qualified in Spiral Dynamics, Corporate Tools Values Assessment and is a Challenge Course facilitator. He has trained in psychosynthesis, transactional analysis and brief therapy and qualified in Feldenkrais (movement re-education) and Polarity Therapy (energy based bodywork).

His interests include, tai chi, eastern and western spiritual traditions, sport, travelling, the environment and all sorts of leading edge ideas.
